Registration Information

Dear Northeast Parents:

Welcome back and we look forward to another great school year at Northeast!Please find enclosed information regarding our registration procedures for all students attending Northeast Community School District.

We would like to inform you the announcements, menus, calendars, and current information will be available on our website at www.northeast.k12.ia.us.               

To register your child through the on-line process, please go to our district website atwww.northeast.k12.ia.us.Registration forms are available on line and can be submitted through the website.The on-line payment processing system will be offered through Pay Schools.This program allows you to make all school-related payments online via credit card or e-check at your convenience from our school’s web site.If you need password assistance, please contact 563-577-2249 ext 605.All elementary parents will receive a letter indicating your child’s teacher after you have registered.

To register your child by mail, please mail the enclosed registration forms and payment as soon as possible to:

If you are not able to register by mail or on-line, you may attend a walk-in registration on Friday, August 1st from 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM at the high school.Please bring all completed materials and fees with you at that time.Middle and high school students can pick up their class schedules during this registration time.

Please mark your calendars with the following dates:

  • Friday, August 1st              Walk-In Registration at MS/HS Office9:00 AM – 5:00 PM        
  • Tues., August 5th              9th Grade Orientation for Parents and Students at the Middle/High School          

 5:00 pm

  • Tues., August 12th             Elementary Open House – You and your childwill have a chance to meet

 5:00 – 6:30 pm           their teacher, locate their desk and locker, and bring all of their school supplies.

  • Tues., August 12th             6th & 7th Grade Orientation for Parents and Studentsat the MS/HS

                 6:30 pm

If you know of any new families entering our district, please encourage them to call the school at 563-577-2249 and provide contact information as soon as possible.

A reminder to all athletes, you need to have a Physical, Good Conduct Form and a Concussion Waiver turned into the office before you can practice or compete in a sport.No activity week is July 20-26, 2014.

We appreciate your assistance in helping us begin the new 2014-2015 school year.Your efforts will help prepare your children for a wonderful start to their year.Please contact us with any questions or concerns.
