We are looking forward to another great school year at Northeast! Please find enclosed information regarding our registration procedures for all students attending Northeast Community School District.
All registration must be completed online. If you do not have internet access, please call the school after August 7th to schedule a time to register in our computer lab.
Please follow these steps to register:
Step 1: Log into JMC with your user name and password.
MAKE SURE YOU ARE IN THE 2018-2019 SCHOOL YEAR AND HAVE ENTERED AS A PARENT.
Step 2: Click on Register for School and then Start/Continue Registration Process. The first screen will be your contact information. Please do not put your child's email address on this screen. This is for parent/guardian information. Complete and review all information, then click Next in the upper right hand corner. The next screen is your students Demographic Information. Please complete and review all information. Click Next. The next screen is Custom Fields for your student. Complete and review all information and click Next. If you have additional students, the next screens will be Demographic Information and Custom Fields for that student.
Step 3: Continue through each screen until you see Finish in the upper right hand corner. Click on Finish and your information will be submitted to the building secretary for approval. You will not be able to see your changes until they have been approved.
Step 4: While in JMC, go to the Lunch tab and select “Make Online Deposit” at the top of the page. This will take you into the Pay Schools site to complete the registration process by paying all fees via credit card or e-check. Once you’ve added a lunch deposit you can click on “Continue Shopping” to add payment for instructional materials and optional fees.
Step 5: A reminder to all athletes in grades 7 through 12, you need to have a Physical, Good Conduct Form and a Concussion Waiver turned into the office before you can practice or compete in a sport. Please go to the Activities Registration webpage to complete these forms.
The application forms for Free/Reduced Lunch will be emailed to all households after August 1st. Please contact the District Office if you would like a Free/Reduced Application mailed to you.
If you have any questions regarding registration, please call the school on or after August 9th.
Please mark your calendars with the following dates:
9th Grade Orientation for Parents and Students at the Middle/High School
6th & 7th Grade Orientation for Parents and Students at the Middle/High School
Elementary Open House – Parents and child will have a chance to meet their teacher, locate their desk and locker, and bring all of their school supplies. Please be sure and confirm with teacher what bus your child will ride home after school.
If you know of any new families entering our district, please encourage them to call the school at 563-577-2249 ext 4 and provide contact information as soon as possible.
