The Home School Assistance Program offers assistance to parents/guardians who choose to teach their children at home. Parents/guardians are directly responsible for planning curriculum and teaching their children. They are free to incorporate their own values and philosophy of education. The Home School Assistance Program (HSAP) can help families by offering curriculum resources, AEA Media Center resources, support & guidance from a certified supervising teacher, plus much more.
How do I enroll in the Home School Assistance Program? Contact Student Program Consultants Denise Tatoian, 563-344-6323 dtatoian@mbaea.org or Sara Lindner, 563-344-6579 slindner@mbaea.org in the HSAP office at the Mississippi Bend Area Education Agency. You must register and complete all forms for HSAP enrollment. Enrollment deadline is September 15th of the current school year.
