Northeast Student Registration is open for the 2020-2021 school year. These are the instructions and information that will be displayed when you log into JMC.
Welcome to another year at Northeast Community School District.
Monday, August 24th is the first day of school. Preschool students start Thursday, August 27th.
All student registration must be completed online. If you do not have internet access, please call 577-2249 Ext. 4 to schedule a time to register with a school computer. Instructional Materials should be paid and money deposited into lunch accounts during the registration process
Please follow these steps to register:
Step 1: Log into JMC with your user name and password. Make sure you are entering as a Parent under the 2020-2021 school year.
Step 2: Under the Register for School tab, verify and/or complete all fields for the child listed. Make sure you click all three tabs including “Demographics, Custom Fields, and Primary Contact Information.” When finished click “Save” at the bottom of the last page only.
Step 3: If you have more than one child, select their name from the top of the page and complete the process listed in Step 2 for each child.
Step 4: While in JMC, go to the Lunch tab and select “JMC Online Deposit” at the top of the page. Once you’ve added a lunch deposit, go to Tuition/Fees to pay online for instructional materials and optional fees like an activity ticket or yearbook. You will have to use a computer to use Online Payments. JMC will be releasing a JMC Parent App for mobile devices later this year. We are no longer using Payschools but JMC for online payments. There is an instructional video on the Northeast website under Registration Information.
Step 5: NEW THIS YEAR....You may fill out a Free and Reduced Application on line. https://jmc.northeast.k12.ia.us/Parent
Log in to your JMC parent: https://jmc.northeast.k12.ia.us/
Username is the parents last name
Enter your password
On the left hand side menu, select “Register for 2020-2021.” This will bring you to the Registration Dashboard.
Select the “Meals Application” link. This will bring you to the electronic application for free and reduced priced school meals.
Click “Next” to begin the process. Fill out the information on each page and click “Next” to continue through the application.
Once you Submit we will process your application. If you would like a paper Free & Reduced Application mailed to you, please contact the District Office at 563-577-2249 ext 4.
Step 6: A reminder to all athletes in grades 7 through 12, you need to have a Physical, Good Conduct Form and a Concussion Waiver turned into the office before you can practice or compete in a sport. Please go to the Activities Registration webpage to complete these forms.

Elementary supply drop off and meet/greet will be the week before school starts and Principal McEwen will be sending out more detailed information.
6th Grade Orientation - for students only - will be Wednesday, August 19th at 6:00 PM
7th Grade Orientation - for students only - will be Wednesday, August 19th at 7:30 PM
9th Grade Orientation and new students to Northeast Orientation will be Thursday, August 20th at 6:00 PM. Additional details will be emailed this week regarding these orientations.
